As required by Section 34-602 of the Idaho Code, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin County will be conducting the following elections listed below on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Primary Elections for State and Local Candidates
Ballot measures will appear only on ballots of voters within their respective district boundaries. Electors must have resided in their respective districts at least thirty (30) days preceding the Election. Residents not registered may register at the polls on Election Day with picture ID. In-person absentee voting is being conducted at the Franklin County Clerk’s Office weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM through May 15, 2026. The polling places are as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin County will be conducting the following election listed below on
Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 201, Franklin and Bannock Counties, State of Idaho, is seeking authorization to levy a Supplemental Levy for the following purposes and approximate amount of levy funds to be allocated to each use:
QUESTION: Shall the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 201, Franklin and Bannock Counties, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a Supplemental Levy in the amount of One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000) per year for two (2) years, commencing with the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028, for the purposes stated above; all as provided in the action taken by the Board of Trustees on February 18, 2026?
The estimated average annual cost to the taxpayer on the proposed levy is a tax of $81.50 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value, per year, based on current conditions.
