Public Hearing Notice

Franklin County Commissioners will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. for the proposed changes to the Development Code for Franklin County. A full copy of the proposed changes to the Development Code is available online at franklincountyidaho.org and available for pickup at the Clerk’s Office located at 39 West Oneida, Preston, Idaho open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Public comment is encouraged. Written comments will be accepted if received in the Clerk’s Office, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024.
