The Franklin County
Commissioners passed a 182 day temporary moratorium on new subdivision
applications after consulting with Franklin County Planning & Zoning.
The Commissioners determined that Planning & Zoning as well as the
subcommittees needed time to amend ordinances to the Board consistent
with the Local Land Use Planning Act and the public health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of Franklin County. |
